ORDERING:

All orders must be confirmed with an email addressed to aniseeds@ymail.com and acknowledgement email with payment

will be sent to you. All orders are subjected to stock availability. Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes. We reserve the rights to refuse an order at any time. We reserve the rights to release your ordered items if we have not receive payment within 2 days after our acknowledgement. It is encouraged for customers to take up the registered mail as it will be the customer's responsibility to bear any loss arising from mailing. After your order has been mailed, you will receive a dispatch email from us.

For registered mail, a registered article (RA) no. will be provided for you to check your delivery status at Singapore Post Website. Your order should reach you within 10 working days, subjected to stock availability. We will take all reasonable care within our powers to keep your order and payment details secured. However, in the absence of neglience on our part, we cannot be held liable for any losses you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from us. We have taken every effort to display as accurately as possible the information, sizes, colours and designs of our merchandise. All sizes and measurements are approximate. We cannot be held liable if the merchandise varies from your expectations.

PAYMENT:

Currently, we are only able to accept internet banking or ATM transfer. You are advised to make payment within 2 days after your order has been acknowledged by us.

Please remember to provide us the following information after your payment is made. - Your name - Payment amount - Date of payment - Payment reference number

RETURNS:
It is our commitment to provide all our customes with quality products. In the event of any defective or wrong items being sent to you, we would be glad to do an exchange or refund. Please mail us the defective or wrong items in a sale-able condition within 5 days upon the receipt of the items. Kindly provide us with your name and address on the back of the envelope. We reserve the rights to refuse an exchange or refund if the item(s) does not reach us within the stipulated time.
